Darren CranePresident and Founder
Darren is the Founder and President of DLC Technology Solutions. He created the company In 2005 to fill a need in the small business IT market for competent and best-in-class IT solutions and support.
Darren is an executive level information technology professional recognized as a thought leader in small business and healthcare information technologies. He has performed numerous webinars and speaking engagements on mobility and is a specialist in amplifying value for his customers and enhancing the performance of technical teams.
He has worked in the Information Technology field for over 25 years, spanning several IT and healthcare organizations as well as several consulting firms. Just prior to founding DLC, Darren was the General Manager of Provider Healthcare Services for a nationwide IT Services firm. During his tenure there, he developed several unique methodologies for implementing technology projects, as well as a specific approach for assisting clients with their mobility challenges. His diverse background allows him to have a holistic perspective on technology; accelerating the rate at which complex information systems can be integrated, designed, and implemented in support of a client's business operation.
Darren holds several industry certifications (Cisco, Apple, Watchguard, Sophos), and is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), South Jersey Entrepreneur's Council and an active member of the New Jersey chapter of InfraGard.
In addition to being quoted in numerous publications such as South Jersey Biz, Southern New Jersey Business People, Healthcare IT News, Managed Healthcare Executive and Health leaders, Darren is a repeat speaker at the HIMSS National Convention on the topics of Internet Security and Information Technology planning for new construction.

Robert WalshDirector and Co-Owner
Rob is a Director and co-owner of DLC Technology Solutions. In this role he is responsible for maintaining excellence in customer service and project management across all of our clients.
He is a technology expert with extensive hands-on experience in information technology. Rob's technical focus areas include network design and management, system implementation and administration, and long-term technology planning. With Rob's extensive background in healthcare and small business solutions, he has proven success in developing innovative solutions and utilizing available resources to maximize results with a limited budget.
Rob has worked in the healthcare and small/medium business space for over 20 years. His experience has given him intimate knowledge of the technology challenges that face businesses of all sizes. Having spent a significant amount of time working in the healthcare field, Rob has a unique understanding of the needs of both small physician practices and large, multi-hospital, healthcare systems.
While working full time for a healthcare system, Rob attended Rutgers University and attained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1996. Additionally, he attended many seminars, trade shows and training courses on Novell, Microsoft, and UNIX systems which helped to augment his knowledge and allowed him to provide solutions to a broad range of technology challenges.
Rob currently holds an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification, multiple Cisco and Watchguard certifications, certificates in HIPAA and PCI and is an active member of the Philadelphia chapter of InfraGard.

Jim SuttonIT Management Consultant
Jim is a Management Consultant in our Technology Group, providing project management, technology design and account leadership to our customers. With over 20 years of professional and managerial experience, Jim has developed a holistic perspective learned through real-world experience at all levels of Information Technology.
Jim's background includes holding the position of Director of Information Systems for a large, multi-state organization as well as years of network administration. His experience spans small and large settings, in which he was responsible for day-to-day operations as well as project management. His work spans the healthcare, commercial, and government business sectors enabling him to experience, utilize and implement a broad range of technologies and develop a strong technical skill set. With a proven track record and the ability adapt and grasp new and existing technologies, Jim has developed a solid understanding of both the operational and technological challenges that face businesses of all sizes.
Jim is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
About Our Service Team
The average DLC employee has over fifteen years of Enterprise IT experience. We hire accomplished staff with at least 5 years of "real" corporate IT experience. (Time worked at a retail store in a brightly colored polo shirt doesn't count.) Our team continually works to improve their skills by attending regular training and certification classes, which is fully funded by the company.
