Proactive Support Solution (PSS) Customer Pricing Examples

 

We have compiled information from ACTUAL clients in order to illustrate the value of PSS.

Below you will find three anonymous clients. While they all are on a Proactive Support Solution agreement, each PSS agreement is highly customized to their business. We have priced each of their solution charges based on actual services required and utilized over the past 12 month period against the "Break/Fix" and "Managed Services" support models.

As you can see, in all cases the PSS solution yielded the same level of service for less cost, with the added benefit of maintaining a technology environment that was highly customized to their particular business.
