Physician Practice / Clinic Solutions:

DLC provides complete IT support and management for a non-profit community clinic with two office locations in Southern New Jersey. The management solution includes assisting with developing annual budgets and technology visioning as well as ensuring that the technology environment is stable, robust and secure to support the practice EMR and PM systems. Remote monitoring of all systems allows for proactive management of the environment and a superior level of support and overall response time.

For a surgical practice in eastern Tennessee, DLC provided assistance with the selection of a combined Practice Management and EMR solution. Upon completion of the selection process, DLC provided contract negotiation assistance and technology counsel to the owning physician. In addition, DLC developed the network and internet infrastructure as well as provided all the hardware and software required to automate the practice. With the assistance of the selected EMR vendor, DLC was able to bring the practice online in a matter of weeks.

Hospital Solutions:

DLC developed a comprehensive Information Technology Strategy and Tactical plan as part of an overall IT Strategic Planning effort for a multi-hospital health system in the northeastern United States. This allowed the customer to not only forecast expenditures, but also ensure that the technology environment was ready to support critical strategic initiatives such as EMR, CPOE, document imaging, PACS, and ambulatory EMR / RHIO initiatives.

Identified opportunities to streamline and enhance computer operations processes in preparation for upcoming Electronic Medical Record system implementation at a health system in the Northeastern US. This allowed for a reallocation of responsibilities, eliminating non-critical tasks, introducing automation, and other changes to increase productivity and capability while maintaining a stable staff level.

Diagnostic Imaging Solutions:

DLC provides a Complete IT Solution for a multi-site Diagnostic Imaging company in New Jersey. Supporting five primary locations, a staff of four manages and maintains all of the IT needs, from strategic planning to daily end-user support. The staff is rotated through other DLC clients as well, to ensure that experiences and exposure are consistently widened beyond one client site. This solution allows the customer to have the benefits of onsite staffing without having to worry about employee turnover, continuing education, and staff with a “stale” perspective.
