For a financial loan corporation, DLC enhanced the overall security and reliability of the company’s network, server and desktop environments as well as providing routine support to the company’s user base. The enhancements were performed during off-hours and when employees were on breaks or off-shift to minimize any impact to business operations.

Custom developed an Enterprise Resource Planning application for a advertising and marketing business. The solution included time entry, job entry, project management, sales orders, and automated reporting (both internal and client). Written in Quickbase, the data from the system is interfaced via a custom designed interface into Quickbooks Enterprise in order to facilitate time billing, materials billing and overall invoice creation. The solution supports both Mac and Windows platforms.

Implemented Windows-based network solution from the ground-up for a local farm and distribution facility. The solution includes file server support for email, file sharing, ACT CRM (customer relationship management), Quickbooks Enterprise, desktop management and backup solutions. Desktop environment consists of both windows and Mac based workstations/laptops. Remote access via VPN was also implemented.

For a non-profit customer with a limited budget, DLC implemented a used telecom system for a new office in their expanding operation. The system solution included the core (key/PBX hybrid) system, phone sets, trunking, voicemail, auto attendant, installation, training, cabling, demarc extension and all other services installed in a turn of the century building in the city. The complete installation was completed in short order to accomodate the customer's move-in timeframe and at a low fixed cost.
