The Fine Print
1 - Typical "time and materials" style agreement is described. DLC does offer time and materials services to appropriate customers whose businesses are a good fit for such agreements.
2 - Typical PSS package is described. However, any "optional" component can be incorporated into any package. Actually, each PSS solution package is completely customized to match the customers IT and business neeeds.
3 - Managed Services information is based upon publically available information from a local competitor. DLC does not offer these types of Managed Service Agreement Packages.
