Proactive Support Solution - for Apple and Hybrid Environments

IT Support solutions typically fall into two general categories - Break/fix and Managed Services. Break/fix is basically "Call us when you need us" help provided by the hour. Managed services allows an organization to pay a fixed monthly fee for "all you can eat" support (plus an additional charge for anything that is "new" or project-related).

(For customers with Apple environments, it is usually very difficult to take advantage of packaged services since few vendors have the Apple expertise!)

Consultative Approach

When you first meet with DLC, we will conduct an Initial Assessment of your organization. The goal is to better understand your company and how you use technology. From there, we can start to examine your current technology investment and make suggestions of how to enhance the value of your IT environment. Even one-person companies need an objective view of how they are using technology.

Our assessment is aimed at understanding: "What does your company do?" "How do you leverage technology?" or "Describe to us your processes - manual or automated". -- we do this before we start making any recommendations.
