For a graphical design firm, implemented a new Apple XServe migrating all of the company’s network services, including file sharing and shared contacts from their previous 10.2 server. The client now enjoys greater performance, increased storage capacity, and a comprehensive backup methodology with offsite rotation; all with no impact to business operations, as the cutover was performed outside of business hours.

 

Repaired and reinstalled a new Apple Mini Server environment so it was functional and reliable for a Landscaping Design company. The system was only a few months old but due to improper setup and installation, was not performing well, and users could not share files properly. In one day, rebuilt the environment and implemented a comprehensive backup scheme as well as provide monthly support and maintenance.

 

Integrated Apple / Mac desktops into a corporate Active Directory based environment for several executives of a construction equipment vendor. Integration included connectivity to legacy AS400 systems as well as MS Access shared databases, MS Exchange and corporate file shares. Installation also included VMWare Fusion installations to facilitate Windows 7 Professional running on some of the Macs. This allows for flexibility of platform choice across the user community.

 

Provide complete, comprehensive support for a graphic design and production house running a mixed Apple and Windows environment. Develop and maintain website hosting, DNS management, infrastucture support/maintenance, desktop and server support, application support and website development for both the customer and their customers as needed. DLC also monitors all systems and applications on a 24x7 basis.
