This allowed the customer to not only forecast expenditures, but also ensure that the technology environment was ready to support critical strategic initiatives such as EMR, CPOE, document imaging, PACS, and ambulatory EMR / RHIO initiatives. |

| DLC provides a Complete IT Solution for a multi-site Diagnostic Imaging company in New Jersey. Supporting five primary locations, a staff of four manages and maintains all of the IT needs, from strategic planning to daily end-user support. The staff is rotated through other DLC clients as well, to ensure that experiences and exposure are consistently widened beyond one client site. This solution allows the customer to have the benefits of onsite staffing without having to worry about employee turnover, continuing education, and staff with a “stale” perspective. |

| Identified opportunities to streamline and enhance computer operations processes in preparation for upcoming Electronic Medical Record system implementation at a health system in the Northeastern US. This allowed for a reallocation of responsibilities, eliminating non-critical tasks, introducing automation, and other changes to increase productivity and capability while maintaining a stable staff level. |
